Our school provides opportunities for students, staff and parents to know and celebrate their Catholic faith. This is done through the religious life of our school. Members of our community experience a rich liturgical and prayer life, celebration of the Sacraments, faith formation, social outreach activities, and opportunities to share faith with each other and with youth from other schools in the Archdiocese.
These opportunities ensure the students develop a deep understanding of the active role of the laity in worship and practice of the faith. These include:
- Students taking an active part in prayer and liturgy
- Whole school and grade Masses in the parish church
- Classes taking turns to lead Friday morning prayer assembly
- Staff support of the parish Sacramental program
- Parish youth ministry lead retreat day for senior students
- Parish priests invited to classrooms to share knowledge
